When I first practiced these principles to life, everything changed.
These are the ways that I ‘woke up’ my life, my leadership, my family when I re-birthed at 40...

Life was a blur when I found them. Turning on a dime. The unknown was an everyday reality and I was white-knuckling my way through it.
Divorce turned Solo entrepreneur mother. Years of healing a dysmorphic relationship with my own body.
Trying to come into a felt sense of safety I hadn't even realized I was so far from.
I lost both of my parents in the same year... one by death and one by decision.
It was also the year that years and years of deep patterning insisted that it was time to shift.
I retired from one passion business and created another.
Then, I found The Rhythm™. I unbecame + reinvented my life at 40…. I uncoupled in friendship and
we have never looked back with dis-ease. My professional growth became exponential...
My body and I found a wholeness that I wouldn’t trade for anything
and somehow, for the first time, it felt easy. Natural. Mine.
