I hold space for people who are craving to fully live, express, create and/or lead
with more truth, wholeness + courage… in a world that’s shifting fast.
+++ that’s no small feat these days… in this wacky world of ours. Wholeness, Rhythm, Prosperity… Ease, Simplicity, Clarity… qualities that aren’t as easy to conjure as they used to be?! I get that AND I also believe it is easily within reach… within you?! It’s sitting within reach of who you are! No matter what ;)
Which is why I help people heal their story and come home to themselves…
to remember and re-empower who they are from the moments that made them…
I believe deeply that our greatest sufferings are our greatest power +++ so, if you’ve got
some friction rising from within… to be seen + handled… then it’s also here to heal + wake you up…
When we meet our stories with bravery, honesty + curiosity, they become gold
+ the best medicine we have for the world is the medicine we create for ourselves.

From there, we work with Somatics, Story + Rhythm Medicine, Transpersonal Psych Modalities such as BreathWork, Meditation, Consciousness, etc ( yes, a little woo but not wonky… nothing you can’t handle ;)… The space I offer is Body-Centric, Holistic Counselling and Somatic Experiencing (not clinical — a therapeutic mentoring path ).
