I was in danger... but because I had access to this amazing woman and I had spent time discussing motherhood in relation to mental health, I had the awareness, even in my chaotic mental state,
to call for help. Within 24hours I had appointments with medical professions from Sara
“calling in the troops”. I had help me get grounded and making sure I never felt alone. Seriously.

It changed my life and allowed me to see things in such a different light.
